Naturopaths Without Borders' (NWB) mission is to establish Naturopathic Medicine in the global health community while securing health care as a human right.
NWB works to put Naturopathic Medicine on the globe, with local projects at Hamilton Elementary School and South East Facility Juvenile Detention Center in Mesa, Arizona. Internationally, NWB supports Manos de Ayuda, Mar de Jade, Natural Doctors International , and the Guatemala Acupuncture Project . Weekly meetings at SCNM consist of Spanish lessons, videos and discussions of international health topics, planning trip, fundraisers, and guest speakers.
NWB operates under the following principles:
1. Health care is a human right for all, not a privilege for the few.
2. Everyone deserves the best health care, regardless of finances.
3. Naturopathic Medicine is well-suited for resource-poor settings.
